Spring Cocktails
We love an excuse to make some signature cocktails and the turning of season’s is the perfect reason to do so! Ibiza has awoken from a long Winter break and is buzzing with energy as we prepare for another crazy Summer season.
The nature is thriving from wildflowers blooming all over, orange tree’s aplenty, brighter evenings and warmer air. It inspired me to make some fresh, bright & cheerful cocktails to honour Spring Time in Ibiza utilising all seasonal and local produce.
