Perfectly Balanced is a Mobile Bar & Cocktail Catering service set on the beautiful island of Ibiza. Providing the perfect fusion of mixology excellence, unparalleled customer service, and a commitment to creating bespoke experiences.

All of our cocktails are carefully crafted and ‘well balanced’ working with local as well as seasonal produce grown on the island. Every purée, syrup and often juices are made in-house using only the freshest ingredients. As well as creating infusions to innovate new flavours and sensations through the art of mixology.

Catering for an array of special celebrations on the island from weddings to corporate events, intimate gatherings to large parties - you name it we’ve covered it! Carefully building up a team of hospitality professionals with a passion for the craft. And most importantly good energy, ensuring they bring this to each & every event.

Meet Thiago & Lucy:
The Faces Behind the Business

Thiago & Lucy make up the dynamic duo of Perfectly Balanced or ‘PBI’ for short. Created back in 2019 and launched in 2020 in the midst of a pandemic. Despite all of this they pushed through with a clear vision to build this business they was so passionate about.

They both have had their fair share of experience within the hospitality industry. From working together on a cruise line out of the USA, to luxurious 5 star hotels in Dubai and now settled in the place they get to call home - the beautiful island of Ibiza.

Thiago is a skilful, passionate and experienced Mixologist with over 10 years of experience working behind the bar. He has studied the art of mixology and continues to grow & evolve within this industry. Innovating new flavours by listening to his clients needs and taking inspiration from the nature that surrounds him, finished by some artistic flair.

They both combine their skills into one, with Lucy’s intricate eye for detail and delicate creative touches to bring something extra special for their clients.

But it's not just their expertise that make Perfectly Balanced what it is. It’s their genuine warmth and overall good energy that will leave a lasting impression.
